We want you to love your SPELL pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we offer returns on all full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and still have all original designer tags attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is folded neatly.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
